Same way as spells. However, all damaging effects have a different cost depending on if they're passive (meaning you don't have to pay Prana to activate them) or activated (meaning you need prana to activate them).

And to determine how many points we have to spend on effects is the Spell and Noble Phantasm Point Total Table?

Yep. The only one that doesn't follow that rule is the Reality Marble, which has a different mechanic altogether.

Nevermind lol. Okay, On some of the the effects they say +X Prana cost. Is that added to the Weapon's Activation Cost?
