Less of OP, and more of having someone like her in a PC's body is never a good thing.

I'm probably going to have to not make any plots for this myself, but I will be on hand to help with plot making, for the reason that I'm likely going to be running two RPs of my own, Apex Academy (which I'm definitely not shilling >.>) and possibly an FSN RP.

So, no robots, but a character that can control anything made of metal with her mind- possibly even turn parts of her body to metal- is alright?

Also, the system confuses me. Do the alternate forms share stats? Are bonuses like +1 for every 10 points? What are all those -'s and +'s on the stats from?
