I thought we could only do one action per turn per ant type. Evolve is one action, so shouldn't that be all that can be done? similarly, I see people posting 50 do this, 50 do that. I thought we couldn't divide our ants for two actions? Even if we could, wouldn't that mean those actions take longer? I see that we can dig 1 space per 50 ants. my bad.

player 8: evolve 50 foragers. Dig one regular space north at level 2. (else dig one regular space north, one regular space south, both at level 2)

Okay, since its the first turn and no one knows where you are it's cool, unless someone else wants to take him over, someone who hasn't already joined.

@Ozarck I turned evolve into, if you can pay for it you can do it but those ants don't get to act that turn. I just haven't updated the op yet

Does this mean ants can gather up to 2 squares away, or only exactly 2 squares away?  If exactly, change all my Forage Actions above to be 2 Squares in each cardinal direction.

Also, if a player has 2 separate groups of ants forage at separate tiles, will he see the total food gained from each tile, or just total food gained altogether?


EDIT AGAIN:
Fixed my action.  Hope I got it right this time.  If I'm not allowed to Evolve twice in a single turn, then Cancel the Forager Evolve and have 75 ants forage.

I believe it means up to two spaces away, no further. also, forage and dig are two actions. I think that is still too many? Evolve is a free action, though, so it's good.

I recommend switching the food-collection bonuses of spring and summer, due to the tendency of some plants to wither and die in the summer.
