((Somehow I'm guessing it's more of an underhand toss...))
((The distance is about 24 meters (79 ft.) since she's at the last row. It's hard to throw a long, slender, heavy-ish object that far without utilizing its leverage somehow.))
((Well now my perspective is put into detail! :P ))

Deciding against throwing such a nice staff, Tiruin was glad she learned how to shoot effectively.

...Though her draw-technique needed a lot more practice if ever she planned to ever shoot and carry arrows in the same hand.

Add another arrow to the leg of that spearman.
If the statue is too close for comfort, bop it with staff and move to unbalance it--stagger it on its square to perform a knockdown since it cannot evade into adjacent squares.

"Well that could have gone better."

Keeping an eye on the silver statue, Rolep decides to spit on some of the other wood statues nearby while it's disoriented.
The statues you spat on before seem to have started to char as the acid has seeped down their bodies. You spit some more on parts left uncharred, causing the same reactions as before. They try to strike back as before, and due to their slowness, most miss, but the one with the axe manages to chop your upper left arm. Fortunately, the axe is made of wood, and thus you are not bleeding to death right now. It still hurts though, and is probably going to leave a bruise.

Add another arrow to the leg of that spearman.
If the statue is too close for comfort, bop it with staff and move to unbalance it--stagger it on its square to perform a knockdown since it cannot evade into adjacent squares.

You shoot true to the leg, but the arrow just sticks to it with a thwack. Your bow might not be the most effective weapon against these statues. As the spearman gets close, it tries to stab you, but you parry the strike and counter with a thrust of your own. The wood cracks as the staff messily goes through its breastplate to the hollow inside, but the statue doesn't stagger, staying firm on its feet.

Just attack whatever statue gets close.
You follow Tiruin's thrust up with a sweeping slash to the statue's left leg. It breaks quite easily, splinters flying, and the statue suddenly stops moving anything but its arms.

"Well that could have gone better."

Fallacy continues watching the fight, ready to aid with the "rope plan" if necessary.
You see Rolep take a hit while spitting on the statues for some reason, Tiruin and Twinwolf double-team a spearman statue, and Arcatsti climbing on another. Tea is just sitting in a corner sadly. The rope plan is not progressing much as Kevak is still considering where to tie it.

Metal-pipe one of these statues in the upper body.

"Oi, give me that."

If the axe isn't lodged in the doorway yet, get it lodged in the doorway. If the rope isn't tied to the axe yet, tie it to the axe. If the rope isn't going from the axe to the pit, make it so.

Arcvasti gets up onto the statue's head so as to have a better vantage point. After a moment's deliberation, and remembering the fight with their double, Arcvasti deeply scratches their front left leg with a claw, dripping the blood onto the statue's eyes and then Coagulates both the wound on their leg and the blood on the statue's eyes. Assuming it sees the way They do, this should cripple the statue.

Metal-pipe one of these statues in the upper body.
The front of the swordsman's chest shatters into a thousand splinters. You must have hit a structural weakpoint or something. The statue's arms fall limp and it stops moving. You notice a sudden slightly smoky odor.

If the axe isn't lodged in the doorway yet, get it lodged in the doorway. If the rope isn't tied to the axe yet, tie it to the axe. If the rope isn't going from the axe to the pit, make it so.
You set up the rope so that a reasonably strong and/or agile person can now leave the room, and one less so with a bit of help from someone in the hangman room.

You are not sure if this macabre act changed anything, as it is swinging its thing just as blindly as before. It seems to be slightly more frantic and less thought out, though. Maybe it can't see after all.

Rolep starts trying to disarm them and get rid of their weapons. Fuck this shit. Axes and bullshit. Silver statue was next. Fuck all these assholes.

HugoLuman, thinking he probably lacks the arm strength to help someone up the rope, slides down it instead and sprints to tackle one of the statues. Hitting something with 165lbs has to do something, right? he thinks.

The statue Tiruin and Twinwolf fought, as well as the one Adragis shattered, suddenly burst into flames, quickly burning into ashes. However, their weapons, a wooden spear and sword, respectively, remain on the floor. They seem relatively sharp, probably capable of causing painful wounds (probably not lethal, though), but fragile.

Rolep starts trying to disarm them and get rid of their weapons. Fuck this shit. Axes and bullshit. Silver statue was next. Fuck all these assholes.
No matter how hard you try, their weapons don't seem to leave their grips. However, you notice that the burned/dead? statues left their weapons.

Just attack whatever statue gets close.
The statue you were fighting bursts into flames, as above. No other statues seem to be approaching you at the moment.

HugoLuman, thinking he probably lacks the arm strength to help someone up the rope, slides down it instead and sprints to tackle one of the statues.
You tackle the closest one, the mace-wielding knight upon which Arcatsti happens to be sitting on. Instead of losing its balance as expected, it snaps in half by its waist and you fly over its detached legs, leaving you on the ground hugging the torso of a wooden statue alarmingly smelling of smoke. Arcatsti lands on their feet, as cats are wont to do.

Take its crappy balsa wood mace, throw it at an enemy, then repeat tackle.
