Not as far as I can tell. You start off with 1 in each stat and can add your 5 however you chose.

Floor one: You open the door and it leads to a catacombs. There seems to be a passage that opens up to a larger room beyond.

I engage the Skeletons with my axe! If I get scraped up pretty bad, I quaff that healing potion I brought along. My high Toughness score should let me survive this one well enough, though.

Sneak behind one of the skeletons and simply grab and pull out it's rib cage, hopefully disassembling the whole thing.

[52] You get a grip on it, but the ribs just sort of break. 2 damage.
Skeleton counters, but misses.
