I also wonder what's the proportion of Towers that have objectives related to any given vote. The game would loose interest if too many votes are pre-set.

" it if we had the option. Since we do not..."
We can add options to a proposed problem though, can we not? If yes, can we suggest them for now, or , perhaps, only for next week's vote? If not, who can (the Senex? Or maybe The responsible official?)

You can present your options for next week's vote to the Senex during discussion time. Current Issues will not change, however.

Uh, what secret orders?  I haven't, ah, received any secret orders.  *shifty eyes*

Certainly nothing to do with destabilising Ragona for the glory of the Emp- ahem, nothing at all.

A quick question before I reply to a1s's most recent post: do we, as characters, know what affiliations other player characters have, or is that secret?

So this is the first ever temple in the city? Or do you mean "besides these old religions we've been worshiping for ages, but they don't count"?

Yes, exactly that. No one 'from outside' ever before dared to ask to build their own temple beside the temples of Ragona's polytheistic temples :v

Also 3man75 I think you screwed copypasting a bit v:

So what have I done wrong?

On your sheet you don't have a name. You just have a parentheses followed by your username (with no closing parentheses, though that's easy enough to correct).

PREEDIT: Ninja'd by Demonic Spoon

Also, I just noticed that the OP mentioned that the GM would send us background details, which I never got.

I'd like to join the family of Cordoso! Just because the name sounds like an Italian mob family :D

Tower: Ivo Cardoso (Ama) (Familly member)

Name: Mercutio Cordoso (3man75)
Family name: Cardoso
Family trait: Scheming and Wealthy
Affiliation: Family (Cardoso)

Cousin to Ivo Cardoso.

Fixed.

What proportion of trade is water borne? Which trade if any, is land borne? Are they other taxes on trade that do not use the docks?

Most, as quite a bunch of city-states in region are coastal and it's faster to get lots of goods through water.
Gate Tax, for merchants entering the city via gates, is currently at 5% :v

I've decided to expand DAY phase to 10am local time tomorrow (it is now 15:27pm).
What possible purpose does that serve? Everyone has spoken already, and declaring a voting period (that is "Afternoon") requires no extra work on your part.
