7d4- wait that costs Arcane Essence? Of course not. Perhaps it costs Offense Essence instead?

As for multiple actions... you may have noticed many of the costs for modifiers that have levels are linear- they pretty much move in a straight line -

Like so.

But there are some modifiers I don't want to be overpowered, so I make them more like this:

1 2 3 4   5
2 4 8 16 32

And for taking multiple actions, I pretty much assumed that would be more like an exponential.

the rule I was thinking of was: Each level of extra action costs 12(x+1) Arcane Essence, where x is the number of levels of Extra Action purchased before this one.

1   2   3   4   5
12 24 36 48 60

The difference with that table from the previous two is that this table shows the costs of each successive level, but the previous two showed the costs of a certain number of levels.

So beyond taking two Extra Actions, it would become very impractical.

So the multiaction modifier is purchased separate from the actions themselves?

Yeah, pretty much- though any given action in your unit can only be used once per turn- so if a King had one level of Multi-Action, he could Prototype and Tap Essence Font, but not Prototype twice or Tap Essence Font twice. Although this is all subject to modifiers.

So, if you had three copies of Produce Reaper Conduit, you'd need to purchase 2 levels of Multi-Action to use them all in one turn... which as you know is expensive.

Two copies of Produce Reaper Conduit, and just one level of Multi-Action, on the other hand, would let you make four Reaper Conduits in two turns, which is slower than what you were going for... but costs exactly the same as three copies of Produce Reaper Conduit.

I have been shocked. Dakka is fired. (3,1,1,4)=(9 damage) and (1,4,1,1) Random.org does things sometimes...(7) So in total... (9+7=16)
Looks at Orange King's status... oh dear. (14/25 HP) I believe 16 is more than 14. The Orange King has been killed. By the rules of the game, all of his units go with him. Sorry.

Commentary: Rolls. If you had gotten better init you might have survived.

Have an Orange Font which lets you tap the Orange King's Essence Pool.

The Orange King ceases to exist. No actions for him.

The Maroon King looks north. That can't be good- but better get ready.

But Purple still has some actions this turn. A strange device has come into existence.

Then Maroon acts, although still in shock.

Maroon King moves one west and taps into the Defense Font.

Mining Outpost taps the Offense Font.

Mook continues being lazy.

That's pretty straightforward. The King moves, then Fonts are tapped. (7) Offense Essence and also... um... maybe west isn't that direction? Maybe it's

Okay. The builder at (3,3) moves and builds a turret, the builder at (4,2) moves and builds a turret... oh I see, an offensive position.
Then the Red King moves and builds a strange new structure... with incredibly long range... and glitched costs. Mind explaining the Arcane Essence costs for damage to me before I put this thing into existence?

Sorry, I used AE as Attack Essence. I edited my action to be Offense Essence.
