Magic 101:

The  teacher, who appears to be a kitsune like Kumo and Kiri (4-tails, since you'll ask probably), starts handing out some partner work-sheets. "This is the first assessment, to see what you already know. Even if you haven't any magic of your own, chances are you've seen someone use it. You guys should work with partners, since some of you won't know much."
Alaric is in this class, looking a little stumped at the worksheet.

History Of Supernaturals:

The teacher yawns as the class files in. "OK guys. You're here, so I'm just going to assume that you are in this class. We're starting at the beginning. So, does anyone have a guess about when the first Supernaturals started popping up?"

Supernatural Communities

The teacher seems bored as she begins. "Now, you all know that we hide from humans. Well, unless you're one of those new kitsune that Ms. Arayama makes by accident. Anyway, most of us hide alone, but what of those who wish to hide together? This is what a Supernatural Community is. Does anyone here have any examples?"

Darren stares uncertainly around at everyone before focusing on the worksheet. He'd end up with a partner eventually, and while this class was likely important, it was the next one that was vital. Regain control, then sort things out. That was the plan. Let the partners pick him.
He was getting caught up in going over the plan again. Side effect of having everything in his life go awry, he supposed. He looks back down at the assessment.

It's mostly general knowledge, with the occasional technical terms in there. Yes, there is a portion for students with there own magic, mostly for describing that magic using the aforementioned technical terms.
