I've edited it just a tad, feel free to put it in the OP, I'll start working on the backstory.
When you have all the lore up, I'll put it in there.

Name: "Knight"
Race: Human
Gender: Male

Description: Supersoldier that got experimented on. Got cool stuff. Probably uses nanites or psionics or something.

Skills:
Unarmed melee combat (+/-4 optional used bonus)
Pain endurance (+4)
Reflexes (+4)
Agility (+/4)

Weapons/Equipment:
Power Armour. Covers entire body and is strong enough to deflect attacks by conventional firearms. Relatively light (-1 Agility). Decreased peripheral vision. Exposure to electricity recharges it. Space technology surge protectors protect from electrical damage and overcharging.
-Power 100/100
--Strength Boost 1 per turn per unit of bonus. Maximum (+/-4 optional used bonus)
--Agility Boost 1 per turn per unit of bonus. Maximum (+/-4 optional used bonus)
--Alternate Vision Modes. X-Ray, Infrared, Night Vision, and more. 1 per 3 turns.
--Zoom (vision). Free.

Augments/bioaugments:
Weapon Assimilation. Can turn anything he can identify as a weapon into "his" weapon, increasing its durability and damage. Hammers, guns, rebar, pokers, artillery, etc. can be assimilated. Time taken to assimilate something depends on the weapon's size and other factors. A gun would be near-instant, a tank would take a few seconds, a soul-bound weapon would take about 30 seconds, etc. The effect wears off quickly once the weapon is out of Knight's possession. While a tank can be identified as a weapon and be assimilated, a bike is not and thus cannot, unless the bike is physically picked up and used to bludgeon someone.
Weapon Mastery. Gain (+/-8 Weapon Mastery optional used bonus) to anything affected by Weapon Assimilation (see above) while it's in effect.

Misc items:
(empty)

Status:
Give him backstory, why was he a supersoldier. How did he get stuff. Why is he not with a military if he is a supersoldier?

As for the assimilation thing, provide technobabble that makes sense. I can't see a sciencey reason this would work. Why would weapon mastery affect rolls for assimilated weapons? Gotta have reasons behind it. The last character worked fine and was more or less a lil above the average civvie. This one is sorta.. How?

Damn you post quickly! I'll explain how everything works. Don't worry, it's all good. Just give me a bit of time to edit it.

All fanfics are heresy, each and every one, especially the shipping ones. Those are by far the worst.

I mean the backstory meant to be PMed to you, the sheets are both finished.
Ah, kay, will put in OP then.

Just let me know when you've edited.

Yup~

Anyone who's character isn't in the OP already needs to confirm that it's done before I put it in there.

That still doesn't make sense. Nanites are very very very specialized microscopic machines.

Why in the world would a military allow an experimental super soldier to run free? The only civs that would be capable of even doing stuff on this level are the KX9, and the Kirvėk. The Tālshik aren't psionically active and therefore cannot. Both the KX9 and Kirvėk run on a groupmind, something this specialized though wouldn't be a mainline Node or Geneline, so it would be kept on a Researchworld until confirmed it can't go on a rampage. It would also be part of the respective groupmind. Regardless, psionic nanites doesn't make sense. You prolly will need to alter the power so it makes more sense. Or go full Abnormality and take a tradeoff.

I really don't know much about the universe we're talking about so please forgive any holes in my backstory. I'm trying. Also, the full explanation for how the psionites work are in the Augment descriptions, if you didn't read them, though for the following explanation I'll just have them be nanites. I'm not attached to the "psionite" idea - that was just there to provide reason for how the augments work.

Ok, so nanites are specialised machines, correct? What if I have multiple types of said nanites that work together?
A-C work in the weapon.
A: Enters the weapon and opens up a connection for B and C.
B: Gathers the weapon's information and sends it to E.
C: Makes the weapon better.
D-F work in the brain.
D: Receives info from brain, translates it, and sends info to A so it can target a weapon for assimilation.
E: Uses weapon information to create a plan for increasing the quality of the weapon and altering the brain to gain mastery over the improved weapon. Sends info to C and F.
F: Alters brain to handle weapon better.

As for letting an experimental super soldier run free, the backstory says they don't know about the supersoldier. He destroyed the one place it held any records of his existence or his augments....or so he thinks (if you wanted to go that route).

You don't seem to get what kind of specialization I mean. C would be literally billions of different nanite designs, somehow produced on the fly. Would make more sense for D, E, and F to just be cybernetic augments. Not nanites. Nanites are so specialized that I can't even stress how inefficient this would be. It would make more sense to have a handful of drones the guy can control with his mind that attach to certain types of equipment to enhance performance in specific ways.

As for the super soldier bit, no science based race in their right mind would have top secret shit, the whole point of science is building off of older stuff and making up new stuff. More or less everything is accessible by civvies in the dominant races. You can't destroy records of stuff that's literally everywhere. Nor could he feasibly eradicate a planet's population.

Unless you plan on going Abnomalous and take a tradeoff, this type of power won't make much sense. Nanomachines cannot just Alter a weapon. It takes a lotta designing to change stuff.

I'm just curious, will you start this when we reach a critical mass of players, or at a certain time?

Done. Experimental psionites - psionic nanites.

I was under the impression that psionics were some sort of magic-like thing that only developed minds have, not micro-machines. Nanites are not sapient individually, so they wouldn't have cool mind powers.

I suppose the way the power is written, I'm capable of it, but I won't on account of that being dickish. Also, I'd need something else to plug me in. The moment Day enters the flash drive, the infected machine resumes normal function, so he can't do so himself, really.

Well the thing is that it's not an ordinary computer, its a decentralized cloud computing approach and has no real cores to speak of, or data ports for that matter. I don't see how Zero would know how to interface with it lacking drivers or prior knowledge. Either way, I suppose this discussion is pointless, so have fun.

Psionics are more or less what you said, on top of requiring specific structures in the brain to even use them. Mechanical amps can be made, but without those structures, it can't do jack.

As for when I start it, in a day or two, there are a couple of people who have stated they want to make a character but haven't gotten around to it yet. Also I'm trying to get TamerVirus in cause his character last time was awesome.

Spoiler: Lore (click to show/hide)

EDIT: To clarify, Day is inhabiting a maintenance android from a small ghost town of a colony at the moment.
This works. Putting in OP.

Drones and cyberaugments will do. I just need an excuse for how the augment works. Normally I'd say magic but "true" magic doesn't exist.

When I wrote it, only a single relatively small ship had knowledge of it. I had no knowledge of Research planets.

How about:
Drones get information.
Brain cyberaugment produces mastery
Psionic ability makes weapon better

A tiny ship couldn't really hold the equipment required, not would it be safe to do said experiments on said ship.

Magic technically exists, but it counts as Abnomalous and therefore has a tradeoff on top of certain constructs ,inuniverse being designed to contain abnomalous entities. Sasha is an example of that tradeoff, you'll see why ingame. As is H, although not sure if you'll end up seeing the why.

Psionics don't really make weapons better, I guess you could take a page out of Orks from warhammer, but then the weapon literally doesn't matter and all effects are just a projection of psionics. Technically a mastery bonus wouldn't be required, as you would be flat altering the weapon's potential +/- as skill is irrelevant when the weapon aims and shoots for you. (Yes, some hightier equipment can do that.)
