Maya wakes up from her trance, and goes to see if Carric's clothes are in the cart.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

That'd be me! If I may describe myself, you see what appears to be a female human with extremely long curly red hair dressed in leather armour and a forest green cloak skipping down the road towards you, carrying a large backpack with a crossbow and rapier strapped to the side. She is lightly strumming a harp as she walks, gazing around idyllically and barely paying attention to her surroundings. She comes closer and you notice the angular face, green eyes and slightly pointed ears, and realize shes a half-elf, half wood elf to be exact. She stops abruptly.
((Leaving third person for good))
"Eek! Goblins! Not to mention strangely pale people and... are those horns?"

Spoiler: high perception (click to show/hide)
She bites her lip, brushes away a loose strand of hair and walks forward.

The monk's instincts quickly react to the sight of a rather attractive female and he quickly strides towards the new arrival with a smile on his face.

"No worries, my lady, these are just silly little goblins that would never harm a fly. If something did, however, decide to harm you, I, the Monk, would be at your side steadfast.

As for the ugly fella with the horns, let's just say he takes from his mother, I would know."

The monk winks knowingly at the girl.

"At least I look better than you.

Why does my face hurt... Does anyone happen to have a mirror, I had some more weird dreams and I want to make sure I haven't lost anything, or gained something."

Looks back to Hatred.

"Must be the ugliness."

Turns back to the woman.

((no, the ones on your face and hand are just a pigment change. they don't stick out from your skin and the color change is so small some one would have to be making out with you (or staring lovingly into you pupil-less eyes) or literally kissing your hand to notice. The one on your back is as noticeable as the one on your chest))

The wood elf gives the new arrival a brief glance, and goes back to starring out into the field, disinterested in the proceedings.

Aelynna studies the Monk for a moment then shrugs. "Whats the worst that could happen?" Then recalls a story about a gnome, a stone giant and a wandering wagon insurance salesman and grimaces. "But I forget myself, Aelynna Nailos, Herald of the Winters dawn, first and final Queen of the Lost Tribes of Tebruoth. ((DM Ill explain my backstory I thought out tonight on FB, then change here as needed. I need a name of a mountain range in a polar region of the world and the closest nearby metropolis, also the name of the forest where wood elves come from)) I have ventured far from the glades of Selvingal to the Great Mountains north of here  south to view the beautiful walls of Rosewall and perhaps find a story of my own along the way." Giggles. "To be honest I just love flowers."
