Honestly, it looks like I can't get the will to get this game started up again.  Been thinking of starting up a game of Yugioh based on all players having their characters be new to the game and having joined a tournament where they receive seven (maybe eight) TCG-sized boosters from the Series 2 of booster packs (which ones depending on the player) and assembling decks there (would use lists of what was forbidden/limited/semi-limited at the time of series 2 <or as close as possible to that point>).  At the end of each arc, I was thinking of allowing sets from the next series be able to be purchased.  Was thinking of running this along the lines of having NPCs controlled by one random player (secretly)(may have each NPC controlled by 2, so that if one is away, the other can have an action made for the NPC, with whichever plan used being determined by a 1d2 if both come in within a deadline between posts) so I could jump into the game as well (someone else would be controlling the RNG for myself and whoever I was facing, results posted in the OOC thread if I am against an NPC and an IC post if I am facing another player).  Thoughts?

To be perfectly honest I don't want to let this game die and (if you'll pardon my French) maybe we could hand it over to someone else? I don't know.
But that... that does sound like an acceptable alternative... maybe.

Nothing really stopping anyone else from making one.  I'm willing to hand out the system I was going to be using to any that want it.

Damage = Base Attack * ((User's (Ki or Mystic) * % of User's Max Health)/(Target's (Ki or Mystic) * % of Target's Max Health))

Speed:
   1 movement per time unit.
   Each increment of the bracket gives 1 TU.
   Bracket = (<All user's Ki plus Mystic> / <number of users>)/5
   TU settled in groups of 5.

Accuracy = (User's (Ki or Mystic) * % of User's Max Focus * % of User's Max Health)/(Target's (Ki or Mystic) * % of Target's Max Focus * % of Target's Max Health)
   Minimum: 25%
   Maximum: 100%

Training:
    Ki = 1 * Gravity Level
    Max Gravity Level: 1 per 750 Ki
    Mystic = 1 per 750 Mystic
    Health = 5 per week.
    Focus = 1 per week.
