So, what cha doing?" You can hear his smirk though the phone.

The solider, noting your destress, crawls over to you "Calm your yourself." the dead flat voice sound familiar.

Cassandra rolls her eyes.
"Well, I'm sitting here with a newbie and two New girls that refuse to accept that magic exists for whatever reason... Wait, a distortion on Graven Walk? For fucks sake, I should probably go check it out real quick."

After only a few seconds of thought, Lillian heads home. She'd explain to her parents without magic as an explanation. She takes graven walk.

"Yes, because talking about the news makes someone insane right?"

You store watch for any news of you, but it seem the airways are already filled by the actions of Edge, some big name magic girl from the capital. Seem the Nightmare Circus tried to recruit from the local school, but Edge 'just happen' to be there. You know that going to make lives of those at that school difficult. But it not your problem.

(For a longer history of magic girls and their history, they hit the stage(but exist before then) 20 years ago so laws and understanding are a little fuzzy about them. Plus pure science 'magic girls' like Edge make things harder.

I best write a history primer in the op soon.)
