Somehow it feels even scarier that Xan the Eldritch Eater of Worlds is using a browser that antiquated. Maybe he's running a PC emulator on his personal fleshware rig and it's a pain in the synapses to port over any new software at all? Well, that'd be fairly in-character, I guess.
