Awakened Mind
Starting at first level, your alien knowledge gives you ability to touch the minds of other creatures. You can communicate telepathically with any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You don't need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language.

It's the first tier of specialized stuff from the The Great Old One Patron Archetype. (Warlocks pick their archetype at level 1)

Hey, DM. Sahu 9 and 10 ended their turns adjacent to my Flaming Sphere. They need to make Dex saves. Even if we're currently negotiating with them instead of getting exp fighting them.  :P

Going to hold off with actions while we talk, though.

Yeah, I'm just gonna warp speed (relatively) all of this forward to the chapter finale, unless you guys pick more fights.

We need to get to the island already!

Edit: It sucks Akira you guys didn't find the obvious secret door behind the statue. This would have come across a lot less plot awkward.
