No use in a living death besides making them fret over me. I ain't one to know if you have kids or not, but if you had 'em would you want them to see you go out like that?" Garro shakes his head.

"If I can complete even half of my job the rest of my family will be set for a long time to come. And I ain't gonna give up on saving my wife and boy until I know for a fact they're dead."

He continues his advance.

As much as Acacia longed to continue fighting, looking over the battlefield it seemed that the rest of the group had things well at hand at the moment. And now that she had Rhodon she was in a rather unique position to go see how the the other group was doing. For all she knew Charles might be overrun with bandits at this point...   ...though considering the impression she had from their spar she rather doubted that, Acacia noted with a wry smile.
