Well, your group (Red) is parading a head on a stick of a member of (Blue), of which I am a part. I think Mirella is wearing (Black).

Also, don't be the first to die. Order your cultist mob to swarm them, preferably with crossbow bolts.

I can probably lead my mad pack to 'save' Cyanwrath, but you will die too if you are there. Maybe contrive a way to get out of the situation?

I doubt the Blues will attack the Black Faction, if the Red Faction is currently attacking them.

Mirella can probably put things together-by using plot sense and her sense of hearing-that we've caused the two groups to fight one another, and she can probably sic the blacks on the blues by encouraging the rumors that are flying around.

So they all destroy one another, hopefully.

And our silent Elf friend can just stand still as a stone in the middle of all the chaos, not speaking or moving.
