racial bonuses on top of the point buy were: Str +10, Dex +2, Con +8,

Yeah, that swap is fine.
The +1 to attack for one weapon is balanced by the fact that finesse would give you +1 attack with any light weapon.

The blink has two different things, there's a full-range teleport for 1.5 CR, or a 20' blink for 2 CR (I guess you could have both, but that seems redundant.) So yeah, the fast healing 1 should go away.

At the same time, you were still a bit off in your calculation of levels you need- you get a few more levels than you think because racial hit dice become less effective. (See Here)

So instead of CR4 + 9 Class levels for CR 13 +2 CR from extra, you should be character level 8 at CR 10. From there, CR and levels increase linearly. So to get CR 13, you'd end up with 11 class levels.

And your currency/items amount is correct. In case anyone else was wondering, you do get PC level 15 gear/gold.

I've got everything ready, so if you can have it done by like... Wednesday? And that goes for everyone if you can- Like I said earlier, your first set of encounters is ready. And I've got example encounters ready for random things if you want to just wander for a little... Overall, I've been pretty bored into doing stuff for this. Wednesday sounds good for an opening to the campaign proper.

Oh, and do you guys want to just keep the whole thing in this thread, or do you want this to morph into an OOC thread and have a separate IC thread?
