Honestly I have no clue how you could make that work. Either something on the scale of ArmA but your weapons can't hit for shit past a hundred metres, or a round based game on small maps with ArmA's mechanics. Both sound like they would be p. terrible.
Like ARMA, complete with scale, but made for shorter matches.

I'm not sure what would be more interesting. Going around befriending or murdering Blizzard characters, or a MOBA with Undertale characters...

NEO Scavenger + Path of Exile

An ARPG where you collect loot and attempt to survive in a post-apocalyptic America after being exiled from Greenland. Getting hurt means having to bandage your wounds and finding a safe place to rest. Casting spells could cause you to pass out, and casting with blood magic would literally use up your blood. You will have to scavenge for food and supplies while fighting hordes of monsters and undead. You will find weapons and armour of great power and make spell combinations that can rip through enemies, but you will always be looking for water that has not been tainted by the corrupting forces found in this world and trying to scavenge together enough supplies to live through your next fight.

EDIT: And can't forget about that 6-linked armour you can't wear because you would freeze to death if don't wear warmer clothes.

Blood Bowl 2 and Armored Warfare.

So I'd probably get Rocket League but with tanks and more permadeath.
