Hmm, looks like the result has already been done decades ago

Though i imagine something more fun, recievers riding horse pieces while bishops are throwing balls at them , meanwhile the queen that is making a single jump covering the whole terrain length to tackle the quarterback.
Well, something like blood bowl without the fantasy creatures i guess.

Speaking of Blood bowl,  Liberal Crime Bowl. (LCS+Bloodbowl)

Manage a football/rugby team from the ground up as a front and income source for your liberal agenda.  Send members of your team out on missions to spread your liberal agenda, but you must be careful, if your team members get injured or arrested you won't be able to use them in your game next Monday!  And if you do too badly your sponsors will cut your funding and the police could raid your stadium!

Team management meets a different kind of team management!

How would you combie a TPS with a resource management game? It would definitely involve point control, though.

Kittensgame =Majesty.
 well, fantasy mideval RTS, with cats, you can plan out structures, but, ultimately the only control you have over your subjects is a laser pointer.

Fairly easy to imagine, actually.  ACAC could easily be a mod for it.

oh, wait.  Its now Brutal Dungeon. A doom mod for it?  I was looking into modding it and it looks fairly easy (as opposed to say, CKII or something.)

M&B Napoleonic Wars (Commander Battles) + HoI III?

An FPS where you play a commander in a massive open world.  The idea is to progress from map to map day after day pushing the enemy back.  You have control of a certain amount of units, and can give various squads orders that they will loosely follow.  Tanks are a thing.  You get trucks, half tracks, artillery, cavalry, armored cars, and so on.  You request production of units from the HQ, who ultimately chooses what to build and give you.  Allied troops not under your control can be communicated with to request support, or to cooperate an assault. 
Main idea is that you do not fight directly, as you are a commander.  Ai troops would do it instead.  HQ plays the HOI game, planning offensives or defenses over a map of Europe. 

I'd love to play a campaign as an infantry division in the battle of France, just to see how it happened. 

Optional stuff would be having times to eat, drink, and sleep.   

Problems I'd see in this are figuring out how division based command worked in WW2.  I'm no expert, but I don't think 10000 people would be able to run around in full 3d, let alone millions.  Might be easier as a roguelike set in WW1.  It would be much simpler without tanks, airplanes, and such.  I need to learn how to code.

You could probably do it in WW2. May even be able to do it in WW1.

Undertale + Witcher 3. I'm thinking a beautiful 3D game where you play as the young Ciri from the tutorial and you can tame/spare the abominations of the world. Or just do the usual research and slaughter. The plot would be interesting anyway.
