Query: As I have Gunner, which allows me to use my comrade to make a ranged attack action, can I also aim as part of that ranged attack?

I suppose you can aim if you're not using the other Half Action to move/control the vehicle. Using your gunner to fire seems to apply all the normal rules as if it was you making the shot.

Point 2: I don't think the reason behind that stare has something to do with Marn shooting or not shooting.
