Apparently O'Malley was casting "summon discord" but the commercial break ruined it.

No international comparisons to a $15 wage?

That sounds really wrong to me.  Australia for example.  Yeah google says Australia had $16.88 in 2013.

Is the stream down for anyone else? nvm

But how does that relate to the median cost of living?

Apparently they want to use that as a measure of inflation.  The idea is that instead of raising the minimum wage over and over again you pass one law that sets the minimum wage to keep rising to keep up with cost of living.

Oh, I dont know.

Hm, Clinton intentionally steered that question into the place where she has a significant policy difference with Sanders and O'Malley.

Hm, would invoking Teddy Roosevelt be a good idea? I know he's popular on both sides of the aisle, but he's Republican, or would be a RINO these days probably.

They seem to be waging a war on sticking on the topic and the super short answer times aint helping.

Hm, would invoking Teddy Roosevelt be a good idea? I know he's popular on both sides of the aisle.

The only downside I see is that people might not give a shit about a dude from 100 years ago.

edit: man O'Malley you had five minutes to think up an answer and could only come up with "weak tea... Bernie's right?"

They're both really hitting her on Wall Street.

Now a pivot to guns.

Sanders really isn't helping himself by praising Clinton a whole bunch.

He was, but he was also praising her a bit for her leadership as NY Senator during that.

he is if he's angling for veep

which, if he cares about getting elected instead of just swinging the rhetoric, is probably the best he can hope for

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I feel like this debate has been much more contentious then the first.  O'Malley's magic spell really did a number on them.

A Clinton/Sanders ticket could certainly tie together the Sanders supporters with the Clinton supporters.

I think Sanders is more effective in the Senate then as a vice president and I dont think Clinton would be a good vice president.  Sanders creates energy and changes the terms of the debate as an outsider, he wouldn't be a good insider unless he was in charge.

O'Malley has these great rehearsed responses for questions about his less then stellar record on crime.  It's ironic because the other candidates dont have an openings to jump on him without looking like total assholes it means his weakness is his chance to stump speech.
