Oh, just to prevent you from taking advantage of our poor fellow leaders. Also, Allabard promised me Primitive Aircraft blueprints, and I'd like to remind them of that promise.

First Citizen Hill smiled as he reviewed the combat reports.  The eastern armies of the Bishe Khaganate had been scattered to the winds, and there was now nothing stopping his advance...

Troop Movement:

2x 68 -> 65
2x 69 -> 67
1x 72 -> 69

Construction:

Annex 68  (I can't build there until next turn, right?  If I can, put an Academy in, otherwise nothing.)
Railroads in 70

Research:

Explosive Shells [Blueprints]

Diplomacy:
> Propose a trade of the [EXPLOSIVE SHELL] blueprints to [Toaster] and [GUNINANRUNIN]. {If possible, trade off the Primitive Aeroplanes blueprint to GUNUNANRUNIN}

Send Primitive Aeroplane blueprints to Auros in exchange for Explosive Shell blueprints.

Oh, just to prevent you from taking advantage of our poor fellow leaders. Also, Allabard promised me Primitive Aircraft blueprints, and I'd like to remind them of that promise.

We do not forget our promises!  Send Primitive Aeroplane blueprints to the USA.

In light of our cooperation, and since our armies will soon be close enough to coordinate with each others, the USA would like to offer an official Alliance to Allabard.

Allabard accepts this proposal.

The aethonian empire would like to, once again, offer primitive planes to the agatean empire in place for primitive radio,noting that the offer is in their advantage as primitive planes cost more RP.

The Agatean Empire is willing to accept this deal on the promise of mutual exclusivity, ie, that neither side shall transmit the other's blueprint without their consent.

We must repeat that we're still seeking to acquire the technology for fabrication of explosive ammunitions. Conditions remain unchanged, either the blueprint of radio technology, or significant assistance from Agatean scientists. (up to 20 RP)

A strange letter arrives in the mail, with the seal of confidentiality on it. You find it to be the Explosive Shells blueprint, systematically arranged and well cared for in its containment.

It is signed with one word only: "Pax." Whatever could that mean?

Trade off my Explosive Shells blueprint to ebbor. His response is up to his choice. Either way, send it off.

The Aethonian Empire sends a telegram to guniburg, asking them to think well before they form a alliance with a dying state. If things go correctly, they won't ever see those RP promised by the PSFDR.
After the capture of the capital, I was planning to give guniburg back the northern falclands, as an act of goodwill, which was taken by the PSFDR to remind them. Also, I could send some building suplies over to guniburg if they want, their infrastructure isn't as well as ours.
That trade will probably won't go through if they choose to support the PSFDR. This is not, however an act of violence.
