If you could pick the next squire's starting location, would it be...

A southernly port where cultures and norms of society mix and clash with each other?
A westernly city akin to Marienburg, home of current squire in play?
An easternly outpost at the edge of kingdom's borders, a beginning of thisverse's Silk Road?
A northernly fortress where young men prove themselves in combat with giants, wildlings and mystical beasts?
Centre of the kingdom, trapping the young squire in a thick web of decadent court's schemings and plots?

If you guys are determined to self destruct, do so.

Eh. I've stopped caring.

I seem to have abruptly changed my mind.  On that note, -1 to relations with Redfort.

"So are you going to my best man or is lady evaline moving to block me. It would tarnish her families reputation if a branded was married to her oldest daughter.

However, that's my skepticism."

-1 to 3man75's speech. Instead lets go explore the library and read a couple of books at random.

-1. Let's keep as much attention away from our mark as possible.

Follow Redfort. Let's get some more bonding done before we meet with our lady. "It's not just compassion, it's that there's really no one better than her. She's the heir to land, she's beautiful, she has a great personality, and she's even interested in swordplay! Considering the highly unlikely series of events that led to our meeting each-other, I'd say we were meant to be."

-1 to that.

Let's go and explore the ruins where Grumpy Grandma massacred elves. Maybe we can bring back an elvish head for our beloved.

Why not? It shows we're trying to fit in the family. It beats not giving her anything.

Well, at the very least, it gives us an opportunity for action and adventures rather than cheesy romance that's going nowhere.

You think about that theory about Redfort's "curse".

Look up books of religion. All information is good, but keep an eye open for references to homosexuality.

We need to train up theology anyway if we don't want to be branded again.

You decide not to care about Redhart or whatever his bloody name was anymore.

Pick up an old, classical military treatise.  Develop a love for such works.  Learn the ways of the great strategists of old.
