He chuckles and nods. "Kickass scar it is. What's up sunshine?" He says jokingly to the girl, knowing that she might hit him for it. "You ever finish that pet project of yours?"

She rolls her eyes.
 "Yeah, but the little mechanical doggie ran away."

"I'm sure Toto will be back... I could probably find him if your dad will give me a bandage."

"Dad says to just grit your teeth when you get mortal wounds.. i don't necessarily agree with that, but whatever."

The doctor grins.

"I could try that." He grits his teeth and pumps spiral power through himself!

Jen idly tosses her shield around, pin-balling it off of the walls.

He indeed feels better, and the wound seems to regenerate faster. He knows that gunmen can be repaired with spiral energy, so this isn't that far off.

"Gritting your teeth is all well and good until you run out of energy."

"Need me to find the dog?"

"How? It's probably long gone."

"Nothing! It just ran off."

Jesse sets her charge down onto the table gently. When someone was this injured, they couldn't do much in the way of Spiral Energy, after all...and not everyone could muck about with that stuff easy as how-do-you-do anyhow.

The doctor sighs and begins work. His practiction of medicine seems fairly... amateur.
