I would say mobsters, generally if you keep them appeased, they won't hurt you. They also listen to reason.

Mobsters. I'd rather have non-idealistic assholes running the country than idealistic assholes. Non-idealistic assholes will generally bend to the whim of the public in cases which don't benefit them personally, which is preferable to genocide etc.

Eh, mobsters are basically just how the government works in countries that are very, very corrupt. They'll kill you brutally if you get between them and their profits, and they'll act for the money first - but other than that, they'll probably leave you alone.

... yeah, more or less what others have said. Organized crime is, well, fundamentally reasonable -- maybe not individuals within it, or particular methodologies, but the overall endeavor is more or less rational (if generally immoral at best). Profit and/or power over ethics, et al. Because of this, it's relatively possible to work with, within, around, etc. Life in and under the mob is more or less sustainable. Not necessarily pleasant, but it's a thing that's fairly capable of functioning.

Supremacists are fundamentally irrational. If you happen to be in whatever target group they aim for, there's nothing you can really do -- and because of their nature, they're usually going to invent a round two once they're done killing or subjugating the first target. There's not really any room to work with, there, and it's eventually going to implode, after a great deal of senseless atrocities.

They are reasonable, just don't mess with them, pay them if you must and you are okay.
Also they won't kill you because you speak a different language, have a diferent race, nationality or religion.

I feel like mobsters put in a position of power would just put a boot on everyone's neck and shift their weight onto people their friends and officials (who are the same people) didn't like, as opposed to x supremacists who would put a boot on everyone's neck and shift their weight onto a more or less arbitrary chosen group.

I'm screwed either way, so I suppose I choose the mobsters because I at least have a possibility of doing something about what's pissing them off about me.

At least with mobsters the demands are consistent to an obvious goal. Supremacists on the other hand often have goals that wildly conflict with each other and even they don't know what takes precedent, so staying on the right side is not so easy.^{_{bloody farage doesn't even know his own bloody policies what a tosser}}
