How the statboosts work, how they're allocated, what decides how many percentage points you get with it, and all the character sheets mention something called "Core Drill Fragment" and "Giga Drill Break" which aren't mentioned anywhere in the OP. Basically everything.

See that percentage? That percentage is added TO your existing stat. So if you have, say, a 15 in Strength and the gunmen has a 100% in strength, you are effectively working with 30 Strength.

However the fuck you want.

We all started with 400% to toss around, which is a power level of 40.

Core Drill and Giga Drill Break happened in game, don't worry about that when you make yours.

The statboosts are a percentage boost of your character's stats (for example, a character with 4 SKILL getting a 50% boost would get 6 SKILL), you allocate your own boosts, and it's a total of 400% which you can allocate at level 1.

Core Drill Fragment and Giga Drill Breaks are a quest reward.
