Core Drill Fragment - This small glowing green drill is a fragment of the Core Drill, broken when Gimmy was killed attempting a Giga Drill Break against the Nemesis. Its power can be invoked to give automatic success to any roll once per campaign, and can be used to create a Giga Drill Break. +3 SPIRIT per level.
       Giga Drill Break - Finisher move. Uses the rest of the player's SP, and deals bonus damage equal to SP spent *2.5. Automatically hits, but cannot crit. Takes a turn to charge, where they are unable to dodge incoming attacks. Once you finish charging it and are attacking your target, you cannot cancel your attack.

I was hoping each finisher move or whatever would be unique to the individual. This kinda devalues any unique ones now.

As it is, kinda pointless for Jesse, at least. I mean, it would synergize sorta nicely with No Pain No Gain, but still.

Ah well.

Well, I assume it's kind of a 'pray' in that it's not really useful until you get to the final boss and tear it a new one with it, and in the intervening time we'll be getting personal moves that are better.

It's kinda interesting how Tömas and Ao had basically the same reaction to Gegge (Gigi? Gillo? Gimmy! That's it)'s death, only the way they express it is completely different.

Well, to be fair, Ao doesn't have nearly the Spiral Power or the hamminess to go full KILL KILL KILL like Tomas, so he has to go Tranquil Fury instead.

Hey Alleecat, I was reading through the thread again and I wonder, though Reina's employers are probably still a secret because everyone in this damn game except for me and maybe Galen has secrets in their backstory, what would you say were in the dossiers about the individual party members provided to her?
Also did she have one for Tömas?

The Prince Buki -> The Great Scot King Buki
The Paprika -> The Saffron Sun(?)
The Ophanim -> The Arch Seraph
The Exalt -> The Reverent/???
The Slagteeth -> The Amaterasu
The Battlescout mk3 -> Battlescout Prototype v1.3

And Ao's secrets wouldn't be all that well-known because SPOILERS. I highly doubt Reina's handlers would even know Ao HAD secrets.

Nah, to further the reference, the Exalt would be called the High Deliverer or the Foreseer.

Considering how fast it would be going, Foreseer seems accurate.

Though if we decided to go Voltron, I have to wonder what it would be called if Jesse, Tomas, and Ao all combined their Gunmen.

Iunno. Also you need Jen and Reina to make it perfect (perfect defense, perfect range, perfect speed, perfect attack and perfect energy equals best Gunmen).

I was just going by name themes. The Exalt, The Ophanim, and the Rapture's Embrace.

Although, actually, a name that sounds kinda better would be The Oracle for Ao+Tomas.

Although, is Jesse perfect Attack then?
