"I know....I-I mean....n-not that I'd MIND you being my boyfriend, b-but...I mean, we're just friends, right? Right?!"

Haruka can barely suppress her mirth and starts making inappropriate jokes strangled little giggling noises.


Maria decided that it was time to be what she called 'really obnoxiously philosophical'.
"Do you ever think about that kind of thing? Like, the world and all that?"

Sayuri wonders why Rin is slightly more silent than usual.

"Depends in what way you mean... Yeah, I think of how small of a contribution to the world, and that really i have no importance of being here... But I never think about other things with the whole world in mind."

"Just, there's billions of people and I'm one of them. I'm me. It's a nice little confidence booster. Speaking of which, what time is it? I promised that tiny man on the dog I'd meet him at the bench. Sort of. Gosh that sounds weird."

David's obviously joking, as he laughs, then shrugs.
"I dunno... If anything, it makes me feel useless or like I don't matter."

Rin hails over the waiter and orders stuff!
When he leaves....
"Excellent choice."
"But why so tightly?"

Kei recovers quickly from Suzu's pummelling. He's used to that sort of thing, it happens all too often. The blushing, on the other hand… well, that's not something that happens very often, so he's still blushing as he goes to join the group.
"I like what you did with your hair, Yui."
"So you do like her then~"
"There's no winning with you, is there, Suzuki-chan…"
"And you know it~"
"sigh… noisy cousins are the worst." Which earns him yet another punch.
"Meanie."
"There there…" He puts an arm around her shoulders. "So you've both met Suzu now. She's my favourite cousin, don't let the punching fool you."
