Barry woke up to see Elanore still hanging around.

: Somethin' wrong, Hoodie? I thought ye liked to snoop around these weird place.

Fer shook his head.
:"I'm not giving up quite yet. Let's go."

Unfortunately, every other console was in even worse state than the one previously working.

There was also a plaque above the console near the collapsed tunnel just around the corner from Captain's position. The upper part of writing on it was unreadable, but the lower part was "and communications room #5: 20.19.5 (Mure), 21.11.2 (Atlas Port), 20.14.81 (Estel Satellite)"

Both Amberly and Fer (and Aiesha, if she would look) could possibly hear of Mure, as it is largest archeological dig on the Isle d'Opal nowadays; it was a military installation that fell to ruin during The Shattering. There's no mention of anything called 'Atlas Port' in any old scripts, however.

Amberly also knew of Estel; that's the name of one of less known Old Goddesses, and her powers involved being able to speak with anyone anywhere in the old Alvada.

:"Mure, Mure, Mure... that's a pre-Shattering base, they're digging it out nowadays on the Isle d'Opal. I guess it's not a real surprise this place and that are connected in some way."

[Sirus]

Amberly nodded.

: "I've never heard of this 'Atlas Port', but I imagine it was also a pre-Shattering facility. Perhaps destroyed, or maybe buried like Mure. And Estel was one of the Old Goddesses, blessed with the power of Communication. It is said that she could speak to anyone in Old Alvada, anytime she wished."

[Powder Miner]

:"...hum... Mayhaps... and this is a "communications" room, then, speaking with all of Old Alvada. . . Perhaps this machine was used to speak with the people in Mure, or this Atlas Port?"

[Sirus]

: "I think...we should probably write these numbers down, exactly as they are listed. We might well need them."

The nun put her words to action, producing a writing stick and a scrap of parchment, and copying the numbers and names.

"T-thank you."

With that, she seemed to run out of things to say, and cast a glance back towards where Amberly and Fer had headed back.

"I-I hope t-that A-Amberly and F-Fer h-have found s-something interesting w-with the glass p-panel that was w-working."

[Swordstar]

"Well why don't we go see? Come on!"

Heading back that way, Cetus arrived at the still smoldering remains of the control panel and frowned.

"Hmm. I doubt either of them would have done this. It must have been something to do with whoever pushed the button in the first place. That's too bad, I bet they were disappointed..."

[Ochita]

Elanore had simply declined going out adventuring with the other two mages. Jumping slightly at Wolfie waking up, she shrugged.
  "I don't think there would be much that I could contribute, unless they need something removed. That, and this place amazingly doesn't interest me that much." She paused, and sat next to him.
  "I.. didn't really get a formal education. Don't get me wrong, I know as many things as the average person, but when it comes to history like this... I don't know that much. Just enough to know that we used to have a lot of things, before the old gods decided to wipe away a lot of them."

Lucrezia had followed along, until she stopped dead at the sight of the smoking panel. At each of Cetus' statements, she flinched.
This must have been her fault. Her projected voice tiny and timorous, she tried to apologise to the two mages.
"..."

Cetus froze. Apparently it had been Luc who had pressed the button. And now...

"No, I didn't mean... I mean, it could have been anything. All this stuff is so old, right? I'm sure it wasn't your fault. Besides. There were other buttons and stuff. I'm sure they found something to look at!"

: Bah, 'ts not like it woulda done any good what with all the revelations an' stuff.

: I 'ave a feelin' we're about to get educated like it or not.

: I didn't even care much for gods til now at least. And I 'ave some serious doubts aboot all that "history". I didn' say a thing 'cause I'd rather have a swig o' the good stuff before worrying over somethin' like this but... No booze here.

:"You do that real quick, I'm going to see if I can find any other plaques like that nearby!"

[Ochita]

  "I couldn't agree more. What I wouldn't do for this place to actually be a brewery.." Elanore sighed, in deep want.
  "Same here though, about not caring for gods. I got turned off them at a fairly young age."
  "You're right though. We're gonna get a looong history lesson.. I should've packed something strong for this trip.."
