Immigrants must fill out paper work showing their past with animals, and must go through the "Wolf Test" where a mutated wolf will be able to sniff out if the person's past involved some sort of animal abuse, where passing the test means you may live in the Outsider class living quarters. Mutating (the use of mutagens) the wildlife in the forest of Yul is forbidden, however, mutating the wildlife that is tamed and done indoors is allowed.

Military: 30% Archers, 30% Cavalry (Wolf steeds), 10% each of the Infantry except Heavy, which is at 15% (Heavy consisting of trained mutated wildlife animals in armor), 5% Knights who guard the King.
Additional Info:We focus on the conservation and the restoration of nature, and we will do anything to protect it. Animals come to serve us not as servents, but as members of the community that are enhanced with mutagens that our top scientists created using a series of experiments with the water from the Pond of Zrin with magic of their own, which cause animals to communicate with humans, as well as wield weapons and armor based on the type of species they are. Wolves, Tigers, and Stags are the main animals who help out the nation, breeding to create more food or attacking non-mutated wildlife in order to keep the nation safe. The animals' goal is to protect the Forest of Yul, while the nation's goal is to make sure nation stays intact, and that everyone is happy with the standards of the nation. The nation is owned by a King by the name of Shiranui, who is a descendent of the Sun God, however, due to bickering amongst the two, the King has refused to accept a national religion, but claiming that since he is a descendent of a god, that religion can be allowed for all. Most of the military consist of wolves and tigers in armor, with humans making up the archers, as well as the light and medium infantry. Diplomacy is the 2nd highest focus of the nation, however, the main focus is to create a way for nature to remain infinite, which can bring new resources to light. All in all, Xerithania attempts to remain peaceful, and will only attack when they are provoked.
Background: The Sun God died on the eve of the Birth of Yul, where Shiranui burst from the chest of the Sun God, bringing hope to the people that a legacy will live on. The other gods refused to allow Shiranui to remain a god, and cast him as an outsider, sentencing him to remain as the Forest of Yul's guardian for all eternity. Shiranui was content with this, however, he knew he could not protect the forest alone, so he created a nation where his followers, as well as the Sun God's followers joined alongside him to protect nature. Houses were built around the forest to protect what was most sacred to the followers, as the Forest of Yul contains many mysteries that not even Shiranui knows of. As time continued on, and the population began to grow, Shiranui knew that he needed additional help as other nations heard of the famed forest, so they tried to uncover the mysteries of the forest itself. Calling upon aid from the strongest animals in the forest, a wolf, a tiger, and a stag appeared, communicating with Shiranui that they will help protect their home. After years of protection, Shiranui and some followers uncovered the mystery of the Pond of Zrin, where the water can enhance the abilities of the animals, turning them into beasts of peace or beasts of war, depending on what events were taking place. The pond water caused the animals to adapt the trait of communicating with the human race, as well as gaining the ability to wear and wield objects, walk on two legs, and camoflague themselves to avoid others. The mutagens were kept in bottles that were distributed to the followers, but when Shiranui found the followers to misuse the mutagens, he opened up a university to teach the residents how to use the mutagens. Currently, only the middle and high class have access to the mutagens, in which they require a license in order to use the mutagens. Immigrants tried to spread from far and wide to learn about the Forest, however, it was apparent that these Immigrants would hurt animals as they had in other nations, so laws were passed banning the harming of animals. The Wolf Test was created when a breed of Dire Wolves mutated the sense of determining one's past, so these breeds would go on to sniff out residents and immigrants in order to determine if they were worthy of staying, or if they were to be deported and/or fined. To this day, the laws have help up, and Shiranui protects the Forest of Yul that he loves so dearly.
