If it's an accurate picture of current or near current fronts, it's not really propaganda is it? I. Mean sure it can be used for propaganda taunting, but it in itself isn't propoganda.

The reason why I am calling it propaganda is because it is a rebel-produced map of the fronts, not one from an independent observer, and the rebels have been rather exceedingly optimistic about their successes more often than not. I mean, they have been claiming that they have encircled the Debaltsevo group of UAF forces for at least a week by now, despite there being no actual evidence of them doing so until yesterday. And even then, it's just a "fire encirclement," meaning that that highway you see going from Debaltsevo to Mironovka is not physically blocked, but rather is merely heavily shelled by the rebels' artillery. This still blocks communication, don't get me wrong, but calling it a full physical encirclement is at least premature.

EDIT: Hell, I could even give you this map if I wanted to show you what the rebels claim they control, as opposed to what they actually control as evidenced by videos.
