Huh? The one time I drank Russian beer I thought it wasn't too bad... I'll bring some beer, then.

And please quote, yes! It's a shame he no longer participates in these threads.
When I get back to my PC, I will. But in the meantime I believe we should go back to the Ukrainian crisis thread. Metastasising political debates are some of my least favourite things on the internet, and I am honestly ashamed of myself and my lack of self-control for perpetuating one.

I would very much appreciate it if you would stop insulting me, by the way. I respect both your opinion and your viewpoint and kindly ask you to do the same.

I would very much appreciate it if you didn't keep citing conspiracy theories by the way.  I respect your right not to have your points replied to with insultingly stupid lies and kindly ask you to do the same.

I'll try my best!

So, how about some culture news? A new art festival is coming to Saint-Petersburg.

And Russia can into fashion, too!

God, I feel so bad after all this flaming.

Most likely a meteor burning in the atmosphere.

Also Scottish hip-hop is coming to Moscow.
A meteor:

a) doesn't glow before it enters atmosphere (one video had such glow way before a fiery explosion)
b) doesn't leave a clearly visible glowing something on the ground
c) produce a very distinctive aerial shockwave (in Chelyabink it broke all the glasses in the cities). No such thing here.

I'd say some kind of big fire/explosion on the ground being reflected on low clouds?

Its probably explosion in the air from the meteor (or how you call them) when entering the atmosphere so it did not hit the ground

The most adorable ever depiction of Russian posturing. That gall could make WW3 look cute.

Then it's not a meteor. Meteors usually don't leave huge glowing fireballs on the ground.

Unless it hits something that then fireballed.

Whatever it was, it was bright enough to look like sunrise in the very beginning. It's odd that it flared and then dimmed so gradually though, and that certainly does suggest a moving object if it was in fact on fire. I couldn't say, but it's hardly the first weird super bright light over Russia. At least this one didn't leave an equally mysterious crater behind too.

Meteors, by definition, don't hit anything.
