Well, things are picking up with... whatever happened in the house. I would have actually preferred a slower build-up (the corpses that may have actually been corpses is a little cheesy) but for now... Try blindsiding our characters with something noticeably odd but not "children with scales" weird. Something that would suit the atmosphere of "just before the apocalypse".

Actually, more GM stuff would have been good to build the atmosphere up. Players tend to pay attention when the GM posts, and if it's just stuff like "the wind picks up", we would have been a hell of a lot more paranoid.

I did do some things with the corpses. Kevak just never shared for some reason  :-\. Didn't even mention it except in the OOC. Cheesy=Good. "This pizza is really cheesy!" isn't a compliant!

I'm try to let everyone decide their action before actually acting, and still feel like some people don't have a chance to decide what their character is doing. I suppose I could add more atmosphere if necessary...

Can movies be watchable after the apocolypse? It goes with a quirk I want to do.

Actually, I was hoping to use the "Sound of Light Club" in some way. Assuming you are willing to possibly deal with them, and raid abandoned video stores and cinemas, that would be fine. Just realize you might have to deal with a cult to do so...

Hehe. Nali thinks that people are what he should be afraid of. Its almost like he knows the world will end, but doesn't know that I have heard plenty of scary stories about the woods....

OOC, going to the woods would be a great idea... if we weren't all 5-10 year olds without any survival skills. And that's not counting Lovecraftian horrors in the woods. Also, I like the idea of a Ryan/Oswulf/Angelo love triangle.
