Ooh-Ha and his health.

Template is Feral Creature from Savage Species, a +1 EL template.
"Improved Grab [template] Pounce [template]" Pretty sure you don't actually get these from Feral without Racial Hit Dice. You might be able to count your traded out Racial Hit Die for Improved Grab, but Pounce is a nope.

Template from the book says nothing about racial hitdice. Simply hitdice. I'll leave that to Tawa, though.

And yes, that build is going for exactly the PrC it looks like it is. Don't worry, going out of my way to boost my Will save; I can already get +10 and there's levels yet to come, and there's no autofail thanks to the houserules re: Iron Will.

Also, would you allow a custom magic item based off of the Belt of Healing?

The ordinary one is 750gp market price and has 3/day charges, with command word activation to heal (2d8/3d8/4d8) based on the number of charges used. It's based on CMW; would you price one based on CLW which healed at (1d8/2d8/3d8) at, say, 500gp?

"A feral creature gains special attacks depending on its Hit Dice, as shown on the table below. It gains the special attacks indicated in the row corresponding to its monster Hit Dice, plus all those in previous rows."

Also, by using TT tags instead of Font tags, you can make square ASCII art actually be square, such would benefit your map in the OP.

Hm.

On one hand, you're effectively gaining levels. On the other, the tier adjustments are supposed to fix character classes.

2:1 die:adjustment ratio or nothing.

So two tiers of adjustment for a die? All right, that's not enough for me to gain much so. I guess I"ll have to suffer with fast healing two :P

E: Made the adjustments and Rolled my health actually right because playing with templates for the first time.
