So! In other business, I mean, besides the fact that there is no possible way for the proposal not to pass at this point, considering 60% of the Gods that exist in the bubble support it, is anyone wondering what allowed the Merfolk Emperor to manage to unite and recruit as many as he did? It certainly seems strange to me.

I mean, now that Fusil's gone completely insane(an Angel, more powerful than what practically amounts to the entire Council? What a laugh!) and we have a method for dealing with him in progress, I think we can turn our attention to other matters.
