:"You know what? I wouldn't mind that."

"And that's something I'm immensely grateful for. I don't want to entertainthe thought of what would've befallen me had you all decided the same as most everyone else."

"It'll be good to have you!"

Lilly drew her knees up to her chest and hugged them, resting her chin on top of them.

"I was talking to Tomik about your parents. He says you take after your mom a lot, and that she was a wyvern rider too. So... did you ever get to go with her on patrols and stuff?"

She was clearly fishing for stories.

[Twinwolf]

"...Say, did we ever actually introduce ourselves to each other, between the drama in the cell and the fight directly after?"

[F.O.E.]

"I recieved a mass introduction and gave a general one myself, I believe. But as for an actual introduction, no."

[Twinwolf]

"Let's remedy that, then." Catherine says, standing up from the chair she'd been in and extending a hand.

"My name is Catherine Hirana. A pleasure to make your acquaintance."

[Haspen]

Laura, on other hand, left everyone and went to the canteen/mess hall/whatever it was where the rations were located. There she practically dug into the rations, haven't had food for... for a long while really.

[F.O.E.]

Asher shook Catherine's hand.

"And I'm Asher Sangrey, pleased to officially meet you."

[Twinwolf]

Handshake and a nod.

"You were in the cell when we got there, so I imagine you were there longer. I doubt they fed you, so I suppose you could help yourself to one of the rations if you need to."

[F.O.E.]

"While you I correct that I was there first, I was the second person through the waygate actually, it wasn't much longer than you all."

"Nonetheless, it has been a bit since I last ate," Asher said as he took a ration for himself.

[Sirus]

"We spoke before on that he might be able to help with your sickness. Obviously that is not the case now - I..." she trailed off for a moment. "...perhaps it was mercy, but that fails to set my soul at ease. He was not a man who deserved such a fate. Not at all."

Harlan stared at Ketsuki for a moment, for once at a loss for words.

: "I mean...it's nice that you both remembered and meant that, but I was only coming over here to apologize to you. Your master was clearly quite skilled and you obviously miss him...but if he had to die, it's only right that he gets cut down by one of his best students before he loses himself completely and hurts other people. I'll bet he was really proud of you in those last moments. Maybe it wasn't the fate he deserved, but it was probably the best he was going to get at that point."

[GiglameshDespair]

"Thank you, Harlan, but while it was the beat fate I could haven given him... the fact he had it at all sets my blood to boiling. Even if the Gods themselves are behind this... I won't be able to rest until I've cut them to pieces. For his honour, even more than mine."

[Sirus]

: "You're welcome. And hey, with all the crazy crap that's been going on you just might get a chance to cut some gods down to size. Better keep up your training just in case."

[Ochita]

Albert woke up after a while, stretching to work out the kinks in his muscles. After getting half of a food ration, he walked onto deck, spotting Ketsuki and Harlan. Waving and walking over, he stared over the edge, looking back at the desert.
  "Oh.. We're back at the desert?" He yawned, before looking back at Ketsuki.
  "Oh, Ketsuki. I'm.. Sorry about your master. Are you doing okay?"

[GiglameshDespair]

At Harlan's comment, she smiled slightly.
"I intend to."

At Albert's approach, she turned.
"Greetings, Albert. I... suppose so? I am certainly angry. Whoever is behind this... I shall find them and kill them, that I can promise. Still..." She turned to gaze over the railing. "He was, perhaps, the closest thing to a father I'd ever had. The notion of him being dead is... unnatural."
