From what I remember offhand about the dwarves in the list there:
Cacame was more or less like in that picture. He was a generic elf that wore dwarf plate and swung a warhammer in combat to great effect. He lost his family to cannibalism... of another elf family. There wasn't much fancy to him, just single big hits from that nasty hammer.
Tholtig was royalty who slew armies. A crown and cape atop ceremonial armor would be decent. I think she used a named sword? But lots of weak wide-area attacks would be fitting for her.
Morul had a long gray beard with long gray unkempt hair, and was freakishly strong while only wearing a loincloth. He was Legendary +5 in every skill... so if you want crazy stuff to show that I can think of a few. Throwing his legendary milker's bucket, or a basic projectile attack that's a box of carved stone mugs... pulling a lever to drop anvils on someone, or floodgates or something would be good.
Captain Ironblood was always heavily armored, and he lived in a Skelk-infested frozen hell. The entire fort's armory was stocked with thousands of elk-bone bolts at one point. Ironblood was a skilled siege operator and finished the game out by mass slaughtering a demon-summoning cult in his decorated adamantine armor, then slaying their summoned demons with his axe, and mounting a dragon to fly off into the night. Ice, ballistae, plate armor, and maybe calling in a dragon would be fitting. Maybe display a demon's head or elk skull as a taunt?
