But this is important; I just scaled the research point requirements for techs. This should make late-game techs late-game and not just mid-game to those who squeeze everything into frantic research. Also, sharing blueprints is now even a better trade than before, so care for your allies!

Extremely minor quibble:

Blueprint Research: When you receive a Tech blueprint via diplomatic trade, you take 1+X turns to develop it, where X is the 'level' of the tech; initial technologies like Diesel Fuel have Rank 1, and the hi-tech Long-Range Airplanes is Rank 4.

You're inconsistent about what you call it- level or rank.
