((Yeah, it could be chucked towards the pit and then someone in a MK3 could rush over there, catch it or at least slow its impact, throw it in the pit, and perform the ritual.  That sounds pretty good to me, though there is a chance everything could go wrong.  And it's extremely dangerous, which is fun.

Would Feyri be up for that, Tiruin?  If not, do we have anybody else in a MK3?))
((Yes. Let me do this--any ideas, since somehow nobody is doing any of this IC?))

So it was like a binary search, except the question is "Has the input been brutally murdered?", and it only ever returns True.

((You could just piggy back the eater case and give it a boost with your rockets, also you can use them to negate your weight (NOT MASS) so that when they throw the case you don't affect the acceleration. So can us without amps get the hell out of the death zone?))

I'd bet we're all going to die, but I've bet that the entire time anyway.))
'tis a safe bet.

I guess it boils down to whether or not we feel that being close to the Pit, with the giant angry sun overhead, is "good enough".

Continue dragging the Eater onward to glory and/or death!

Alright. Lets roll.

Roll to see how far you push it: Ok.

Roll to see how well you maintain the right direction: Ouch.

Roll to see if the Eater remains contained: Well that works

Roll to see if The "Sun" has figured out what it is you have: Oh dear.

So the combined efforts of everyone get the thing about 2/5ths of the way to the pit. Steve has to keep telling you to change direction because you keep veering off track in the darkness.

Oh and the Sun overhead? Yeah It seems to have definitely noticed you now. It's coming in quicker and those wings are starting to fill the entire sky. Currently, it feels like you're all standing outside in the sun, in summer. Thats through the suit. For those of you with pattern recognition, this is the point when you'll realize that this is pretty much the point of no return, there's not enough time to really fuck about. Whatever you decide to do next turn, is gonna be the plan you'll have to go with.

Think carefully.

Guys not part of the shoving group, please repost your stuff on this page. I'm having a hell of a time with the forum this evening and searching for posts is like pulling teeth.

Gotta kill it or leave it, no way in hell we're outrunning it now that it's seen us. Thoughts?

Whether they're friendly or not, balls of fire moving towards me is probably not good.
Go back to the entrance. Do they follow me or do they keep going to where I lit the fire?

Hm. Well, if there are loose shards around, get them.

Observe how the fireballs are moving toward Dubley. Any peculiarities in their approach? How quickly are they moving? Is the movement at a constant velocity, or is acceleration visible? Do they still communicate with one another?

If they're moving toward me as well, make an exit to the icy chamber.
