Damara is at war, but that does not concern you : attacks of Goblins and Satyrs have reported in the northern villages, in the previous weeks.
The guards that were there have been mobilized to fight the war, and there is nearly nobody left to protect the villages. Moreover, this part of the kingdom has always been a bit wild, with the lack of natural resources to exploit, away from the mountains.
The Cartographers' Guild named The lines in the North, in collaboration with the guards, have recruited you to investigate, and more if necessary. Your main goals are to visit the village of Erwich and escort any willing inhabitants to the nearby town of Gasrath, where security is maintained thanks to the great houses.
Once at Gasrath, you should find Rancis, a retired member ofthe guild that may give you soem leads about the cave network surrounding Gasrath that you're tasked to map.
A group of cartographers from the guild will join you at Gasrath after roughly a week, to found a new Hall of the maps there and guide you in this task.


Your adventure begins now, on the road to Erwich, after a three-day journey, when the cartographer of the group estimates there is only an hour left before reaching you first destination.

Harold casts Mage Armour and tries to keep up with Peren.

Lidia follows everyone else, apparently engrossed in a tiny pocket-book held inches away from her face as she walks. But occasionally her eyes look up, peeking through the gap made by her book and the brim of her hat, searching for anything suspicious.

((Also, I just realized that I have no clue what Lidia's equipment is outside of the adventurer's kit. Nor what kind of armour she's wearing. Welp. Also also, if she wasn't such a bookworm I'd try to get a conversation going. Since the game just started and we have the perfect opportunity to introduce ourselves. Oh well.

EDIT: Also also also, isn't she supposed to have save DC/casting ability, or do Arcane Trickers not get that? Also also also also, a link to this thread needs to be in the OP of the OOC thread. Simply so that it's easier to navigate between them.))

Red jauntily bounces between his fellow expedition mates "Hey hey hey hey! So how did you guys all get into this? I'm Red, but you might know me from the stories as "Screaming" Red. He uses prestidigitation to spell his name in giant red letters behind himself to illustrate.

Harold sighs deeply. He speaks slowly and methodically, with frequent pauses, as though he is unsure of what to say next.
"My... god called me to go to a certain... Cartographer's Guild and ask... for adventuring work. They... sent me along with yourselves, and... you know the rest."

Sylla walks along side Paren ignoring the new "companions" he picked up along the way. He focus on studying the terrain.

Lidia looks over the edge of her book at Harold and Red, but like Sylla just remains silent. Though the pair obviously have her attention for now.

Harold sighs deeply. He speaks slowly and methodically, with frequent pauses, as though he is unsure of what to say next.

Red gives Harold a friendly slap on the back "Hey, that's awesome! Most holy men I know just kinda sit there, you got a full on divine quest!"

Turning to look at Peren, Red gives a big smile "Well that's great, no need to dwell on the past eh?"

"How bout you toots? Any epic quests to your name?" Red turns his attention to the elf buried in the book at this

Lidia gives Red a long and hard look, and then replies, "My name is Lidia. And I don't tell stories about my adventures to people who call me toots." As she looks back down she has a slight smile on her face, though it's almost impossible to see due to the book in the way.

After a few moments of walking in silence, Red turns back with an impish grin "How bout if I call you babe instead?"

She doesn't bother looking up from her book as she replies, "You may not. But you may call me Miss. Or Mistress. Or just plain Lidia would do."

Lyssa puffs through her nostrils, a small wisp of smoke escaping through them, and scowls. "You annoy me, small Red. Kindly be quiet so that I do not get a headache."

"Mistress eh? Kinky"
