Check to see if the driver is alive, just to be sure. Afterwards, open fire on the enemy using the jeep as cover.

You get outside and notice that it is pitch black outside
It's warm though and you are still shivering
There is a small drip of blood on the tip of your nose and your headache is getting worse
You get to the hospital door and as you grab the handle you fall over passed out


You wake up
The three hordes are feasting and you are covered in blood

Run some more (I'm assuming the rest of the team followed) and find some cover. Fire on the enemy when we do.

You are all running as a horde toward them
Eventualy they stop in a city center and begin pulling into buildings filled with machine guns and rocket launchers
Mortars are going off everywhere
Your armor deactivates right before a piece of shrapnel strikes it and throws you to the ground
