I want to create a dedicated team specifically for assignment outside sanctuary. I'll teach them how to fight urban warfare and inside buildings and how to deal with enemies in superior numbers.

Then you'll stop having unprepared volunteers die out in the world. Oh I should also point out the Dragon guys had secure labs that likely contain valuable resources. A good team can acquire them."
