The officer escorts you to a gymnasium like building
Inside is a large track with a football/basket ball court/field in the middle of the track
There are two formations of people each with two officers standing at attention, on the left are guards/scouts standing at attention and on the left are officer trainees standing at attention
One officer aproaches you," Are you ready to see our training regiment?"

the officers in command of the trainees yell something at the formations.
the guards/scouts begin running around the track and the officers in training begin to do stationary exercises
the officer in charge looks at you, ¨we usually begin with warm up exercises¨
