"Hmm." Armach thinks deeply for a couple of seconds and mutters a bit. "If... unnecessary info... then..." He stops and speaks in a louder tone. "I'm seeing a very obvious pattern here, but it couldn't be that easy could it?." He walks over to the input mechanism and states each number as he inputs them. "10...20...30...40... and 50."

The door does not open when the numbers are inputted in this format.  You do hear a click with the 40.

With the 20 being placed at the top, you hear the click of a mechanism.  You also hear it for the 30.

You hear shunting of mechanisms as you move the 40 away from its prior location.

The mechanisms for the final 3 click into place.  You hear what you believe to be the inner deadbolts of the door retract soon after.  The vault door opens to reveal the mist characteristic of uncleared rooms.

"Well, that's very Dark Souls-ish." He approaches the fog to see if it gives a different reading than the door. "Alright, I'm getting a slightly uneasy feeling here, so not too dangerous I guess."

"Wait, you have "spidey sense" powers? That's pretty cool." Armach walks up to the fog gate and observes it for a bit. "So, should we go in now or what?"
