SB momentarily leaves the KO'd guy and sidles up to Hugo.

(Preliminary google results on digging through concrete downwards are inconclusive. Straight through the walls would probably take years and several picks, though.)

((Concrete is fairly brittle actually, if the wall is reinforced with metal then it's a problem and would take years. If not then after about an hour should punch through if the wall is half a foot thick.))

(Most likely it has metal, as Zanz hinted. Bank vaults have been known to survive having the entire bank collapse on them, and even short-range atomic blasts. Shortest quote I can find on getting under is 6 hours, since you'd probably have to go down a little.)

The pickaxe ricochets off the wall, only leaving a minor scratch to the paint.
