Real!Derm continues to work on his SCIENCE!, while Fake!Derm sprints off into the eastern hallway, casting spells.

Stanislauss decides not to fuck with the crazy teen and gets up the ladder, then promptly dashes the fuck off. Said crazy teen doesn't want to lose his test subject and runs after him after grabbing a handful of the yellow dust.

Simon cannot keep up with Stanislauss though, and gives up after climbing the ladder. He does find a new target though - there's some guy near the pit.
Stanislauss finds himself on a narrow bridge. It appears the guy chasing him gave up. Looking down, he's reminded of the giant hole back there. A false step here could mean falling for eternity. He does see a light some distance in front of him.
