I think I speak for everyone when I say this is far more difficult than I thought it'd be.

Did her death involve blunt-force trauma?

Was the handheld item involved in her death in her possession at the time of death? The involved human's possession?

Heh, sorry. You haven't heard the one with the aquarium yet.

I'm not sure what's blunt-force trauma. It's like, her skull was broken by an object. The object wasn't exactly blunt, but you get me.

And the object was in the involved human's possession (that is, in his hand), right up to a second or so before her death.

Was the object a weapon? Tool?

Did the object leave the human's hand via actions of the woman? Actions of the human?

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

The object is both a tool and a weapon - one of the most basic ones. This particular one is more a weapon than a tool.

It left the human's hand by his action.

Did she take a knife or hatchet to the skull?

Was the human throwing the object at something other than her?

Alright. So she did something stupid which, due to her height from wearing high heels ended with her intercepting a thrown knife with her face, through no particular fault of the thrower.

Huh.

Would ducking at the right moment have saved her? Would holding still at the right moment have saved her? Was the target of the knife a static object? Would not wearing high heels have resulted in a lack of injuries entirely?

Would her actions have been completely reasonable and undangerous without the heels?

Was she performing an action relating to the static object?

Was the static object organic?

She was in some short of show where someone throws a knife to hit a target of some sort balanced on her head. Since she was wearing high heels, that threw off the knife tosser's aim, and she took the knife to the face instead.

Bin-go!

She was a circus worker, though, but that's beside the point.

So, next one is:

A dead guy is lying in the middle of a desert, holding a broken match in his hand.

Did he die at night?

Is the match burnt?

Is his corpse damaged?

Did the man die of dehydration?

Is the fact that the match is broken related to the man's death?

Was the man killed?
