Great, we will use one of the servers that is empty for the tribes 2 games and I will run servers for sub rosa and a new zero.

Hmm. A thread about resurrecting multiplayer games ends up picking two games that are both still in development, and by the same studio.

I was looking through my old games and it appears that medieval 1 total war is dead online.

Maybe one for the next poll as this was the first PC game I ever bought.

Right to clarify what is happening.

these will be happening from 9pm BST
 
We will be playing tribes 2 with the tribesnext patch on Biergarten dynamix maps server.

A New Zero and Sub Rosa free versions I will provide an IP for the server, and these will be run until around 1am BST.

Now To begin with I think start playing Tribes 2 initially (people are in different time zones so It would make sense for everyone to start in the same place)and then move on to a new zero and sub rosa within the remaining time based on how people are feeling.

Checked Tribes 2. Managed to crash my bike in first training mission in 2 seconds. Man, it's been a LONG time. This will be fun.

Also, checking the servers, there seem to be TWO Biergarten dynamix servers, at least right now, so we should post correct IP just before we start, I guess.

Another thing - did we say anything about voice communication? Will we use in-game options or TeamSpeak or...?

I will announce the IPs soon on the tribes 2 server, so unless you have other people on the forum who can PM it to you, you should be on tribes 2.


I am not comfortable sharing a public IP address on a forum that has had problems with spam before
