She occasionally runs experiments. This one just didn't work. It's all for knowledge. She wouldn't do something she thinks would risk killing anyone, or inhibiting them in a combat situation. At worst, they had numb tongues and felt a bit unsteady.

If it's somethign you find too unacceptable, i'll edit it out. Just thought it added some amusing flavour.

Nah keep it there. WE know she did it. Not the party. The party will never know most likely. Just seems a little... Far. I dunno. It's really our first interaction playing these people and it's been nothing but threats, contradictions, and attempted poisonings towards Gwynovin. Like I knew y'all'd be a bit at odds with my character. DIdn't really expect this much harshness. Even the easygoing ranger is trying to not punch her...

I can kinda see where you're coming from, but keep in mind your character does think of the others as her pets that can bumble along with her rather than people. I imagine that could get grating for other characters after a while. Eh, I wouldn't worry about it. Give it time for more interaction.

Eh, the poison thing's fine with me. Shai'ven's usually pretty chill if there's a good reason.

As for you, Nerjin, as long as you pull your weight in the party, I can keep my +1 greatsword out of your throat. I'm fine with your character's whole borderline-insanity superiority complex, but keep in mind that what you've shown of your character so far is what I'm basing my character's thoughts of you on and that Shai'ven will act accordingly. If I might offer a word of advice, though, it would be in your favor to not make the gimmick your whole character.

Also, on an entirely unrelated note, I am quite glad to finally be playing a relatively normal character in a relatively normal campaign. Everybody else I've made who I can think of had some part that was off about them, like being somewhat based off of a character from a film or game, being drunk 95% of the time, or being old as hell.

Is why I brought it up. I'm frankly insulted that you think I'd make the gimmick my character. But if you want to go straight out antagonistic I can play that.

Oh, that. The personality section was a leftover from my first character. I'll update it later; I kept it during the rebuilding crunch because a cursory examination said it was sufficient.

As for the "gimmick=character" bit, that was mostly based on the fact every stint of dialogue you'd given made reference to it in some way or another.

That's... Okay.

As for that: You've apparently not really thought of how to build a following. Gotta let'em know you're divine before they'll worship ya.

I'm curious as to how she rationalizes getting injured or failing skill checks. I mean, I doubt that she could have avoided all injury or failure during the however-long timeskip.

Of course, that'd didn't happen! or it was intentional, so her pets could have something to do!

Such as cringing when she dismisses their work in exchange for self flattery. :P

Updating these things quickly tends to actualyl save time, as I find it's less effort to do one action five times than in a thick block that drags on.

Ehhhhh. While it may save time, it can also cause a lot of confusion when players need to rely on distance and positioning in order to be effective, and making huge posts full of conditional actions is just annoying.
