That's going to be interesting. The roll was to decide how angry Harvey is, the higher the number the angrier he is. I wouldn't want to be the first raider who gets in Harvey's way.

Name: Noboru
Age: Unsurprisingly he looks to be in his twenties.
Gender: Male
Appearance: Tall and burly, with tanned and scarred skin. His scars have an odd metallic sheen to them, and his grey eyes have a similar sheen too. His short hair is black, bushy, and crudely cut. Somehow his chin only has a thin layer of stubble, and he rocks the most magnificent pair of sideburns ever seen in the wastes. His clothing is simple, crude and tattered. A beige shirt, brown pants, and a black cloak for warmth. His boots are sturdy and clunky, and instead of gloves he has wrapped rags around his hands to protect them.

Profession: Wanderer
Powers/Abilities: For whatever reason, exposure to the AEV has turned part of Noboru's body to metal, or a metallic substance. As such he is able to endure more punishment than a normal human, and he can extrude and fire off crude blades and dart using freaking magic.

Name: Yul Happet
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Appearance: Below-average height and weight. Has short-cropped black hair, hard features, a pointed nose and a sharp gaze. Is fit but very lanky. Always wears a faintly concerned expression, brow furrowed, mouth turned slightly into what could almost be a frown. Wears pant clothes but little else.
Personal Information: Yul's father died shortly after conceiving him, and his mother passed after giving birth to him. As he grew older, it quickly became obvious to the tribe mothers and their own children that he had a hard time understanding most things, and even as he became a man he showed no signs of growing out of this. Because of this, he always does his best to help, and those who know him well enjoy his dedicated attitude. Yul prefers solitude above all else, and when he wasn't helping out the tribe in the village he was out collecting bugs and looking at plants. The wise old medicine man learned of this and began to tell him all about them, which were for eating and for turning into remedies, and which for squashing. Yul took to the task well, and over the years the old man patiently trained him to do his job, so that when he eventually passed away the warriors would not cast the poor boy out, as they had so often discussed doing. Nowadays he's well liked by nearly everyone in the village, despite the prior misgivings, and he lives a pleasant life away from the usual worries of manhood, like being slaughtered by wildlife or rival tribes.

I lost half my marine unit and who knows how many other marines securing a wmd. Just lost my entire security force because of wmds.

All those good people he cared for dead while the guy who built them survived. Harvey has issues with wmds. Something I think will be quite common in a world destroyed by people like him who created the weapons that destroyed the world.

I think it's pretty safe to assume all the PCs are going to be in the same relative area considering we voted on a starting location, but who knows if any of us will actually meet each other.
